TRAVEL BOOKING DISCLAIMER & FORCE MAJEURE POLICY
By proceeding with any booking through our agency, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Force Majeure Events
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, acts of God, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, airspace closures, fuel shortages, or diplomatic issues between countries, airlines may cancel, reschedule, or alter their operations.
2. Airline Policy Binding
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline. Any resolution offered by the airline—including rescheduling, credit shell, vouchers, or refunds—shall govern the outcome of the booking.
3. Credit-Only Policy (Agency Terms)
Notwithstanding the airline’s policy, by confirming the booking, the customer agrees that:
- In cases of cancellations (including force majeure or operational disruptions), our agency may provide only future travel credit/voucher equivalent to the booking value.
- This applies even if the airline provides a monetary refund to the agency, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. No Cash Refund Obligation
The customer acknowledges that no cash/bank refund will be processed by the agency, and the sole remedy shall be a future travel credit/voucher issued by the agency, subject to validity and usage terms.
5. Agency Role & Liability Limitation
Our agency acts as an intermediary and does not control airline operations or decisions. We shall not be liable for any indirect losses, damages, or additional costs arising from such events.
6. Customer Acceptance & Waiver
By completing the booking, the customer expressly agrees to these terms and waives any claim for monetary refund beyond the credit/voucher issued by the agency.
Important Advisory: Customers are strongly advised to review airline fare rules and purchase travel insurance for broader protection.
